As a result, shipping times, methods, and carriers may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

We will investigate with the carrier and supplier. Resolution times vary due to international logistics.
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.
