Shipping Policy

Strap & Stow is a trading name of Archangel Consulting Group Ltd.

We operate a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, including international suppliers such as AliExpress and Alibaba fulfilment partners.

As a result, shipping times, methods, and carriers may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or supplier delays

  • Orders are only processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and supplier:

  • UK orders: typically 3–21 business days

  • International orders: typically 3–30 business days

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days due to customs or logistics delays

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Methods

We work with multiple international logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • AliExpress Standard Shipping

  • ePacket (where available)

  • Alibaba supplier logistics partners

  • Regional postal and courier services

We cannot guarantee the use of any specific courier.

 

5. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, it will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and local taxes

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority

  • Customers are solely responsible for paying any import fees

Strap & Stow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

7. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • International shipping disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Supplier stock issues

  • High seasonal demand

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control but will work with suppliers to resolve issues where possible.

 

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries where customers are unavailable to receive goods

 

9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it has not been received:

  • Please check with neighbours, building managers, or local depots

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update

We will investigate with the carrier and supplier. Resolution times vary due to international logistics.

 

10. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.
